Kettlewell is a lovely little village in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales
National Park within easy reach of Malham, Burnsall, Aysgarth Falls, Bolton Abbey and other places of interest.
Skipton, our local Market Town, is a 15 mile drive away and hosts a colourful Market 4 times a week.
Kettlewell is ideal for walking holidays, ranging from the energetic and
challenging to a leisurely stroll along the banks of the River Wharfe through typical Dales scenery of pastures
and dry stone walls.
You can go fishing on the nearby River Wharfe or at Kilnsey Trout Farm,
take your mountain bike for an exhilarating ride across some of the
finest countryside in the UK, or simply stroll the local footpaths and
take in the stunning scenery at a relaxing pace that suits you.
Cycle hire is available in the village and there is also Pony Trekking at Kilnsey
just a few miles away.
Kettlewell has 3 pubs, 2 tea rooms and a village shop which all provide a range of food and meals for the visitor. |
